Managing your Entegrus account just got easier! The new Entegrus MyAccount portal delivers an improved experience designed with you in mind.
Switching over is simple and secure: starting March 4th, all customers with an existing MyAccount login will receive an email from customerservice@entegrus.com with instructions on how to log into the new portal. The email will direct you to login to myaccount.entegrus.com to complete a password reset process. Once completed, please allow 5 minutes for your registration to be processed before you can sign in for the first time.
Please note: If your current account was set up with an old email or without one entirely, you will need to contact Entegrus Customer Service via email at customerservice@entegrus.com, live chat through our website or phone at 1-866-804-7325 (Option 2 for Customer Service).
Once registered, you’ll have access to all the features the new MyAccount portal has to offer, including:
- Real-time and user-friendly access to your billing, payment and account information
- The ability to access the portal from virtually any electronic device, including your smartphone
- Easy sign-in with Apple ID or Google Account
- An intuitive and improved price plan comparison tool to help you choose the best option
- Power outage information available through the Entegrus MyAccount portal
- All current and historical customer information can be found in the new portal

You’re in luck - it’s easy to sign up! Register now at myaccount.entegrus.com using your email address.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Your full name & email address
- Meter Number*
- Account number*
*This information can be found on your recent Entegrus bill.
Once you've completed the registration process, please allow 5 minutes for your registration to be processed before you can sign in for the first time.
