Entegrus MyAccount Portal is Getting an Upgrade

A New Entegrus MyAccount is coming.

Managing your Entegrus account is about to get easier! The new Entegrus MyAccount portal delivers an improved experience designed with you in mind.

Once launched, you’ll have access to all the new features the new MyAccount portal has to offer, including:

  • Real-time and user-friendly access to your billing, payment and account information
  • The ability to access the portal from virtually any electronic device, including your smartphone
  • Easy sign-in with Apple ID or Google Account
  • An intuitive and improved price plan comparison tool to help you choose the best option
  • Power outage information available through the Entegrus MyAccount portal
  • All current and historical customer information will be transfer securely to the new portal.

Existing MyAccount users will receive an email from customerservice@entegrus.com with instructions on how to access the upgraded portal. If you don't already have MyAccount access, you'll be able to register through the new portal in just a few steps.

Please note: The current MyAccount portal will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, March 2nd at 4:30 pm until Wednesday, March 4th at 8:30 am as we complete the upgrade to our new Entegrus MyAccount portal.
