You can view your bill, account activity & consumption with 'My Account'. Enroll in paperless billing, sign up for pre-authorized payments, set alerts, and learn more about your energy use! If you need help understanding your bill, want to review your payment options or if you're looking for energy assistance, information is just a click away. 

Billing Frequency 

Entegrus bills for electricity monthly, based on your consumption. Bills are issued 19 days in advance of the due date so you can review the charges. To view your bill the moment it is processed, consider registering for My Account to select paperless billing.

Paperless Billing

Customers who subscribe to paperless billing will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Instead, customers will receive an email notification the moment their bill is ready to view online, along with the due date and amount due. Select paperless billing in the 'My Profile' section of My Account.

Pre-Authorized Payments

Enjoy the peace of mind of having your bill payment automatically taken care of each month. Sign up for Pre-authorized payments and select from budget or due date.
