My Account
My Account is our online self-service portal designed specifically for Entegrus customers. Receive access to previous bills, transactions and online forms, view your smart meter data, set usage alerts, see how your consumption compares to others in your area, and more!
You will require the following to register:
- Visit myaccount.entegrus.com
- You will need the last 10 digits of your account number
- You will need a meter number associated with your account (where do I find this?)
Please note that when you register with My Account the default setting is for paperless billing. Should you wish to change this option, you can do so when setting up your online account profile.
New Accounts
Moving to or within our service area? You can submit your moving information online. Please note: an occupancy charge of $30 is applied to all new electricity accounts. Water occupancy fees may also apply, visit Water Rates, Policies & New Connections for more information. Contact customer service if you have any questions.
