Customers who opt-in to receive Entegrus notifications will now receive text messages rather than a phone call for:
Scheduled outages
Specific customer notices
Past due account notices and collection reminders
Budget payment amount changes
Customers may opt out at any time.
Unplanned outage notifications are not included. Customers should visit the Entegrus Outage Map or Social Media Channels for the latest unplanned outage information.
How do I participate?
To participate, ensure you know your 13-digit account number. This number can be found on the top right of your bill.
Step 1: Opt in by texting "YES" to: 1-888-695-7003. You will receive the following message:
Step 2: Enter your account number once you receive a message from Entegrus asking you to do so.
If you are entering a phone number that is different than the number on your account, you will receive a message asking you for the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account.
If the account and phone number is recognized, you will receive a confirmation message that you are now signed up for the SMS updates!
If the account number or phone number is not recognized, please contact customer service.
You can opt out anytime by replying 'OPT OUT’ to the same phone number (1-888-695-7003).
