Important information regarding project timelines:

As a result of the ongoing global supply chain issues and shipping disruptions we are currently experiencing a 6-8 month delay in receiving materials from when a design is approved and the final payment is received. Entegrus encourages customers to take a proactive approach by keeping these timelines in mind when planning your projects. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Before You Begin
To help us process your application efficiently, please ensure you have all the required information listed below. All items must be submitted for your application to be considered complete.

  • Registered Plan Number
  • Subdivision name
  • Proposed in Service Date
  • Full address where work will be done
  • Developer's name, HST number, full address and contact information
  • Business name, full address and contact information
  • If applicable:
    • Consultant's business name, address, and contact information for project
  • Number and type of services requested
    • Detached, townhomes, commercial, etc.
    • Standard service size
  • Legal description of the lands, draft M-Plans and/or draft R-Plans showing all easements.
  • Electronic drawings scaled 1:1 in AutoCAD 2018 or earlier containing the following information on unique layers as follows: lot lines, driveways, lot and/or block numbers, roads, curbs, Municipal address, sidewalks, buildings, poles, street names.
  • Street Lighting Layout (if applicable)
  • Proposed Metering Configuration.
  • Locations of other services as indicated on the Composite Utility Plan to at least the center line of the roadway.

 Subdivision Connection Request 

For new subdivisions, the Developer must submit a subdivision plan showing the proposed locations of property lines, lots with driveway location, roads, sidewalks, water mains, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, fire hydrants and street lights.

All plans and drawings must be submitted in AutoCAD (dwg format). Hard copies are not required. 

NOTE: Subdivision designs take longer and are required to be submitted well in advance to ensure timely completion.
