To help keep customers informed, an automated call will be made to the phone number on file when a bill has been issued. Customers who need to update their contact information can do so in My Account or by emailing customerservice@entegrus.com.

Payment Options
- Paperless Billing: Receive an email as soon as your bill is available.
- Pre-Authorized Payments: Set up withdrawals on the due date or through a monthly plan.
- Telephone and online banking through your bank/financial institution.
- Credit Card Payments: Call 1-866-417-2809 (fees may apply).

Please do not mail cheques while the postal service is disrupted. If you have recently made a payment by mail, it may not be received until service resumes. Please make alternate arrangements for payment to avoid late fees and ensure your account stays in good standing.
