A labour disruption remains possible with Canada Post as early as May 22, 2025. If mail delivery is interrupted, paper bills and any payments submitted by mail will be delayed. Payment amounts and due dates can also be obtained through our telephone self-service at 1-866-804-7325 (Option 2). Please have your 13-digit account number ready.

Payment options

  • Paperless billing – receive an email as soon as your bill is ready.
  • Pre-Authorized Payments – set up withdrawals either on the due date or on a monthly budget plan.
  • Credit Card service available through Paymentus – call 1-866-417-2809 (online link currently unavailable) have your 13-digit account number ready (additional charges may apply)
  • Other methods – see all alternate payment options on our website.
