To sign up for paperless billing, you must be registered for 'My Account', our online account management service. Once you have an account, follow these three steps:
- Login to your account (if you forget your login, see below)
- Select “My Profile"
- Under Paperless Billing, toggle “Enabled eBill" to on
You will receive an email notification when your online bill is available for viewing.
Already registered but forgot your Username/Password?
Simply click the "Forgot your Password?" or the "Forgot your Username?" link on the login page, enter your email address, and instructions will be sent to your inbox.
