The Board of Directors of Entegrus Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Tomo Matesic as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026. Tomo succeeds Jim Hogan, who will retire after more than two decades of leadership and dedicated service to the company and the Ontario energy sector.
“Tomo’s leadership, deep operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to community values make him the ideal person to lead Entegrus into its next phase of growth and innovation,” said Max Fantuz, Chair of the Entegrus Board of Directors. “Following a comprehensive search process supported by an external firm, it was clear that Tomo’s vision, experience, and proven track record align perfectly with Entegrus’ strategic priorities.”
Tomo joined Entegrus in 2005 and previously held the role of Vice President Engineering and Operations. His focus on people, operational excellence and strong partnerships played a key role in shaping Entegrus’ culture, strategic growth, and sustainability goals.
