Entegrus is notifying customers in Merlin of a Hydro One planned outage that will affect Entegrus customers on Sunday, September 20th between 4:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The outage is required for Hydro One to perform maintenance at the transformation station.
Approximately 328 customers will be affected. Customers whose service will be interrupted have been notified directly by telephone or SMS. If you did not receive a telephone call or SMS notification from Entegrus, your service is not expected to be interrupted.
The planned outage only affects select addresses on the following streets:
- Aberdeen St
- Blake St
- Campbell St
- Circle Dr
- Crescent Lane
- Erie St N
- Erie St S
- George St
- Hattie St
- Hill St
- Merlin Rd
- Middle Line
- Stanley St
- Sullivan St
- Victoria St
- William St
