• What is changing?

  Our MyAccount portal is being upgraded to provide a more user-friendly experience, with improved tools and easier access across devices.

  • The ability to access the portal from virtually any electronic device, including your smartphone
  • Easy sign-in with Apple ID or Google Account
  • An intuitive and improved price plan comparison tool to help you choose the best option
  • Power outage information available through the Entegrus MyAccount portal
  • All current and historical customer information can be found in the new portal
• Do I need to register again?

  If you are an existing MyAccount user, you will only be required to complete a password reset process. You will receive an email from customerservice@entegrus.com with more details. If you are not a current MyAccount user, you can complete a simple registration process at any time. 

• How will I know when to register?

  Existing MyAccount users will receive an email from customerservice@entegrus.com with instructions. Be sure to check your inbox, junk or spam folders. 

• What if I do not receive the email?

  If you do not receive the email, register at myaccount.entegrus.com as a new user. You will need a recent copy of your Entegrus bill to complete the registration process; it will be used to verify and link your account properly.

• What if my previous MyAccount did not have an email address?

  Customers who previously accessed MyAccount without an email address can register at myaccount.entegrus.com as a new user. An email address will be required. You will need a copy of your Entegrus bill to complete the registration process.

• Will the old MyAccount be Available?

  No. The upgraded Entegrus MyAccount replaces the previous portal including all historical information and will be the only MyAccount available moving forward. Existing users must complete the password reset process to access their account. 

• Is my account information safe?

  Yes. Entegrus uses enhanced security measures like two-factor authentication and other security protections to help keep your personal and billing information secure when accessing your account through MyAccount.

• How long does registration take?

  Registration usually takes only a few minutes; you will need a recent copy of your Entegrus bill before starting. After completing the process, please allow up to five minutes before signing in for the first time.

• Can I access Entegrus MyAccount on my phone or tablet?

  Yes. The upgraded Entegrus MyAccount portal can be accessed from most devices, including smartphones and tablets.

• Can I use Apple ID or Google to sign in?

  Yes. You can use Apple ID or Google to sign in, as long as the email address matches the one you registered with. If your email doesn’t match your Apple ID or Google sign in, please contact Entegrus Customer Service via email at customerservice@entegrus.com, live chat through our website or phone at 1-866-804-7325 (Option 2 for Customer Service) to change your email on file.
