Managing your Entegrus account just got easier! The new Entegrus MyAccount portal delivers an improved experience designed with you in mind.
Switching over is simple and secure: all customers with an existing MyAccount login will have received an email from customerservice@entegrus.com with instructions on how to log into the new portal. The email will direct you to login to myaccount.entegrus.com to complete a password reset process. Once completed, please allow 5 minutes for your registration to be processed before you can sign in for the first time.
Please note: If your current account was set up with an old email or without one entirely, you will need to contact Entegrus Customer Service via email at customerservice@entegrus.com, live chat through our website or phone at 1-866-804-7325 (Option 2 for Customer Service).
Once registered, you’ll have access to all the features the new MyAccount portal has to offer, including:
- Real-time and user-friendly access to your billing, payment and account information
- The ability to access the portal from virtually any electronic device, including your smartphone
- Easy sign-in with Apple ID or Google Account
- An intuitive and improved price plan comparison tool to help you choose the best option
- Power outage information available through the Entegrus MyAccount portal
- All current and historical customer information can be found in the new portal

You’re in luck - it’s easy to sign up! Register now at myaccount.entegrus.com using your email address.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Your full name & email address
- Meter Number*
- Account number*
*This information can be found on your recent Entegrus bill.
Once you've completed the registration process, please allow 5 minutes for your registration to be processed before you can sign in for the first time.

The new Entegrus MyAccount is also available through the new Entegrus mobile app which gives you access to all the same features as the online portal, right from your smartphone or tablet. View your billing, payment and account information, with access to view power outages, all in one secure place.
