How and where can I pay my bill?

Please note:  In person payments are no longer accepted at Entegrus offices. Please review payment options below:

Chatham-Kent Customers:

You may pay your bills at the following locations:

  • Dropbox outside of all Entegrus Inc. offices (in person payments not available)
  • In-person at any Chatham-Kent Municipal Service Centre (dropboxes also available) - Note: Due to changes to the Entegrus customer information system, Municipal representatives will no longer be able to view the amount owing on customer accounts and therefore, customers are required to know the amount due on their bill. (NOTE: Not available during COVID-19 Pandemic)
  • Bank branch or financial institution instant teller
  • Telephone or online banking through your bank/financial institution
  • Cheque via mail, please tear away and return the top portion of bill with payment
  • On-line credit card payment via Paymentus (convenience fee applies) - click here
  • Telephone credit card payment via Paymentus: 1-866-418-0576
