In Person Customer Appointments

Some of our services require on premise visits from our staff. Please see below for precautions our staff will be taking to ensure the safety and security of themselves and the public.

Field Service Representatives are required to wear a mask, gloves, safety glasses and footwear covers (and in some cases, face shields)

Prior to Appointment

We require the home owner, or person of age who will be present during appointment, to fill out a Risk Assessment Questionnaire 48 hours prior to appointment time.

During Appointment

We require the home owner, or person of age to be home and must, at all times, keep 6 feet or 2 meters away. Best practices include the customer to explain or identify where the meter is and then remain in a separate room while FSR is performing work

Entegrus tracks date, time and location of all on premise visits in the event a customer or FSR develops symptoms and or has confirmation of Covid-19.
